Gratitude

 

Every day acknowledge one thing you are grateful for- the softness of your pets fur, your home, your surroundings, freedom, the list goes on and on.  It can be the smallest thing and just that acknowledgement will change your state, expand your consciousness and bring you joy.

The practice of gratitude reaches far beyond our personal space.  Our energy travels further than we can possibly imagine.  Go for it. Expand.
